C Ray Logistics provides freight dispatch services to transportation companies. Our services include, but are not limited to:

Rate negotiation

User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete business information

Maintain current insurance and operating authority

Comply with all DOT regulations

Update us immediately of any changes to your operation

Maintain professional communication standards

Provide timely responses to dispatch communications

Honor committed loads and appointments

Fees and Payment

Payment terms are specified in your service agreement

Dispatch fees are due as outlined in your contract

Late payments may result in service suspension

All transaction fees are the carrier's responsibility

Payment disputes must be submitted in writing

Intellectual Property

All processes, systems, and methodologies used by C Ray Logistics are proprietary and may not be shared or replicated without written consent.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

Payment terms are not metProfessional standards are not maintainedDOT compliance is not upheldCommunication requirements are not met

Limitation of Liability

C Ray Logistics shall not be liable for:

Broker payment issues

Equipment breakdowns

Driver-related incidents

Loading/unloading delays

Cargo claims

Weather-related delays

Market conditions affecting rates

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, with jurisdiction in Harris County.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms with notice to active clients. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
